I have dedicated over 15 years of my life to empower women to feel beautiful through Boudoir Photography. In this journey, I realized that our mindset is more important than the way we look. I wanted to create an activity to share with women that accomplishes two goals: focus on your health and body and work on your mindset.

This 21-Day Challenge will not only transform your body and your health, it will build a stronger mindset about who you are and what you are capable of achieving in any are of your life.

We are conditioned to define ourselves by or bodies since childhood, always feeling we are not "good enough". In this 21-day challenge, I want to support you to overcome this notion that you are as good as your looks. You are NOT your body, you have a body that you live in. And it doesn't matter what your weight is, it will never be good enough if you keep defining your worthiness by it.

This is NOT a weight loss challenge, it is a LIFE CHANGE challenge.

Transformation requires the acquisition of new habits and for that, you need repetition over a period of time along with accountability, guidance, and support. When you participate in this challenge focused on getting your body in shape for a photoshoot or a special occasion, you are creating a COMPELING FUTURE, you have something to look forward and you know it is only 21 days, it is achievable.

By completing this challenge you will have successfully demonstrated to yourself that when you make a DECISION and follow steps that although they might not feel easy, they are very simple,...eat right, move more...you will feel proud about you, and that will empower you in all aspects of your life.

Here is how it works:
When you sign up, you will receive detail instructions on the program, the steps to take, things you will need in order to do it successfully.

The Eating Schedule will be done through an App and you will receive a link to subscribe to it.

You will have a choice of nutrition programs to follow based on your preference of food. You will receive links to the different programs to review and select your preferred one if you decide to add a nutrition program to your challenge.

There will also be different workout programs with different fitness levels and convenience of time and location that you can choose from if you decide to add a workout program to your challenge. You will receive links to each program to review and select your favorite one.
