Please review each step in my Photoshoot Process. I may do things a bit differently to ensure a smooth and guided process from Booking to Proofing Gallery to Image Delivery! Make sure to read before booking your photo session.

1. BOOK ONLINE 
Book Online: For our Standard Headshot sessions, simply fill out the booking form and select the date that works for you! A booking fee will be paid upon booking ($25 for 10-30 minute sessions, $50 for 1 hour sessions and above), the rest of the session fee will be charged upon completion of the shoot.

2. SESSION INQUIRY 
I offer near limitless photography solutions! If you are looking for something more bespoke than the standard offers available, fill out our Inquiry Form to start a conversation.

4. SESSION PAYMENT 
You will receive an invoice at the end of your session, which will be payable immediately.

5. PROOFING GALLERY 
Once the invoice has been paid, I will provide you a link to your Proofing Gallery which will be available within 24 hours of your session. You will be able to start your selection process of the images included in your paid session and add  more to additional purchase.

6. PROCESSING AND IMAGE DELIVERY 
Once you select your images, they will be sent for digital enhancement and will be placed into a new online gallery for you to download and order prints if you wish.

My goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident. I have collected answers to some of the most common questions to help prepare you for your shoot.

What should I wear? 
Wear what you feel comfortable in and have been complimented on! We find that White, Grey, Charcoal, Black, with Navy, Purple, Green, Light Blue often work well for Business colors. We want you to shine and we do not shy away from any outfit choices that showcase your favorite colors or fashion. Tailored outfits that aren’t wrinkly or bulky are great for headshots. If you are looking for variety we suggest bringing a blazer or sweater that you can easily layer on top of your existing outfit. Additional fees may apply for secondary outfits.

Do you provide professional hair and makeup services?
YES! If you wish you have your hair and makeup professionally done, I will provide you with the contact for my makeup artist and you can book her directly before your shoot time. She has access to the makeup room at my studio space so you don't have to go anywhere else, you will get ready on site right before your shoot.

How much does it cost? 
Your session fee depends on the length of session you choose and any add-ons you choose. Images are $30 / image with Every 5th Image Free! With our system, you can purchase as many or as few photos as you would like so the cost is in your control. Many of our clients purchase some images as soon as they receive the Proofs and come back to the gallery to purchase more weeks or months later!

How long does it take to get my photos? 
From the time you walk into the Studio our team is hard at work to get you your images as quickly as we are able to. Within 24 hours of your session you will receive an email with your Proofing Gallery link. Purchased Images will enter the editing queue in the order they were received. Our current timeline for delivery of the final images is 5 to 10 days from your image purchase date.

What payment methods do you accept 
To book your session online, you can use any credit card. To pay any balance at the studio, I will take your credit card information and run it manually. Any future purchase, I will send you an invoice that you can pay online or leave a credit card on file to run manually. You can also pay with cash, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal.

Do you offer rushed images? 
YES! There is a $100 rush fee and we will get your images (up to 5) digitally enhanced to you for download within 48 hours.

Can I bring a friend or teammate to the shoot? 
The Headshot sessions are 10 mins and are carefully designed to capture an individual headshot. Please book individual sessions for each person attending, if you would like to arrive together please book back to back sessions.  If you are looking to book multiple headshots please email info@argentinaleyva.com

What type of digital retouching to you do? 
Basic Enhancements are included in every purchased image and include; background cleaning / skin, wrinkle, shine softening / mild eye and teeth whitening.

I need to reschedule my session, how does that work? 
You can reschedule your booked time to another time on the same booking day using the link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling to a different day can be done in the same manner but a $25 rescheduling fee will apply and will be added to your final invoice. Cancellations can be made also with the link provided in your confirmation email but no refunds will be made for the deposit paid.
